I purchased a tv July 5th 2016 and in bestbuy current ad the tv dropped a 120 dollars cheaper and my receipt date was four days after the date I could receive a price adjustment. bestbuy told me it was not anything they could do for me and was not really concern with my issue.
I guess they would rather lose a customer than to grant a request that i know could be done.
I was four days late, I purchased the tv in the same month and no one would help me. They have lost me completely as a customer and I will tell all my friends and family to stop supporting businesses who give you a hard time on returning an item or trying to get a price adjustment thanks a million for nothing
