local store just strings customers along. Ordered dehumidifier on last half September 2018, they canceled order with no notification, reordered october 02, 2018, customer strung along again, shame on me.
Waited till november 18, order never came in , checked at store found order canceled by best buy October 09 2018, again no contact with customer, wont find out if money refunded customer till friday. Very poor customer handling at store, no contact with store management sheilded by floor employees. will no longer step foot in any local best buy store, will take any and all future purchases else where.
customer service phone # 888237-8289 is a joke as they can not or are not able to handle complaints. Corporate Best Buy just don't give a damn
