OUR FAMILY PURCHASES MANY PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY AND THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. I HAVE NOTICED THAT SINCE EMPLOYEES DO NOT RECEIVE COMMISSION, BEEN A LONG TIME I KNOW, SOME EMPLOYEES ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL.

YESTERDAY WE HAD TO RETURN A NEW FAULTY ROKU PLAYER.

WE STOOD IN LINE FOR HELP AS TWO PEOPLE WERE WORKING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK AND WERE BUSY. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME WITH A CUSTOMER AND THE PROBLEM WAS TAKING SOME TIME TO RESOLVE. WE HAD BEEN WAITING SOME TIME. THEN ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FINISHED A CUSTOMERS RETURN AND LEFT SAYING THE FRAZZLED EMPLOYEE WOULD HELP US.

REALLY?? SEVERAL MINUTES LATER SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP US WITH A RETURN THAT TOOK LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO COMPLETE.

THE EMPLOYEE THAT STRANDED HER WENT OVER TO AN AREA AND TALKED WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES, NOT CUSTOMERS, AND THEN WALKED AROUND THE STORE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. HOPE WE NEVER HAVE TO RETURN ANYTHING WHEN HE IS/ISN'T WORKING THE DESK.
