PURCHASED EXPENSIVE DELL COMPUTER PAID OVER $300 TO HAVE SET UP IN HOME.COMPUTER ONLY WORKED 2 HOURS tOOK 5 DAYS TO GET TECHNICIAN BACK TO HOUSE TO BE TOLD COMPUTER FAULTY. BEST BUY INSISTING THAT WE BRING COMPUTER BACK TO STORE WOULD GIVE NO INDICATION ON WHEN REPLACEMENT COMPUTER WOULD BE INSTALLED TOLD IT COULD BE OVER A WEEK.

WHEN ATTEMTING TO RETURN THE COMPUTER TOLD WE WOULD NOT GET CREDIT FOR THE$300 PAID TO INSTALL DESPITE THE FACT COMPUTER FAULTY. NEVER AGAIN WITH BEST BUY ALSO ATITUDE OF THE MANAGER IN BUST BUY VERY UNHELPFUL ALMOST AGGRESIVE IN HER MANNER

Oh man, I've gotta agree with Simon. But the customer service does suck the big one.

What they SHOULD have done is comeback with a good computer and do the second setup no charge.

Afterall, they did sell that piece of *** to you in the first place. But that would be real customer service.

The cost of labor is not refundable because the service has already been rendered. By your logic, if you pay someone to install a car radio for you and a week later your engine blows up, you should receive a refund for the radio install. Get real.
