I ordered a laptop on the 22nd and my delivery date to get it would be on the 30th and received a tracking number for the product. Well the 30th was yesterday and I have yet to receive it.

I called customer service only to find out that my ordered wasn’t even shipped which is *** now I have to wait until the 6th to get it and that’s if I get it! Mind you the person helping me said you should be getting a confirmation email and I still haven’t gotten that!

Product or Service Mentioned: Best Buy Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
