I went to a best buy in Middletown NY by my job to purchase a new att go phone. It was the first time and the last I purchased a go phone at best buy. It was a $140 Samsung Galaxy express prime. Not a cheap phone to begin with. I purchased it on July 10th. I went away on July 28th and attempted to use the phones gps for google maps. The apps gps did not work. I thought maybe I was in a bad area so we used my husbands. A week later I tried to use it again and nothing. So I called att. They trouble shot it and said the gps was shot.After over an hour on the phone. They told me to go to best buy and try to ask for help because someone would be physically seeing the phone to help. I went there and the Samsung guys spent an hour trying to fix it and told me the gps that I never used yet was shot. In a month old phone. They would NOT return it because I purchased it on July 10 and it was August 15. It was past the 15 days. So a phone that you sold me damaged, I didn't break, it was defective you won't return. Im done! Never will shop here again. I cancelled my card last night. I had my receipt , the samsung guy told best buy in the store the phone was defective and they wouldn't return it. They said it wouldn't ring through. Im a store manager and I know theres ways to bypass these things. They didnt care. I will be contacting corporate today..

I called the store in West Mifflin, PA last night and asked if they had Toshiba Laptops the person said they did and gave me a range in price. I called again this morning and was told the same thing by another associate. I went there this afternoon and did not see any Toshiba Laptops so I asked if they carried them and the associate that offered to help me said "we don't carry them anymore." and literally walked away from us not even trying to steer us to something else. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

The customer service reps took 30 minutes to change my address--10 minutes to verify a code which took me less than a minute to receive and give them-- 15 to speak to reps who had delayed responses to everything I said, the other 5 waiting for the operator to decipher my needs. I am not blaming the reps,well not the 2nd one, but the system they are using. It needs a serious upgrade. For a company that prides itself on having the latest technologies this system (customer service) is very behind. Please update!!!

Bought a Samsung S/S Refrigerator. Salesman was great! The Delivery men were young and courteous but careless and damaged my vinyl floor. Contacted Best Buy had to deal with their Insurance provider. The Insurance provider took my info and contacted their delivery personnel, which lied about damaging my floor. They pivoted it on my vinyl floor putting 2 arc shaped tears in it. Contacted Best Buy directly after they left because that's when I found the damage. Next had to provide photographic proof of the damage. Then they finally provided financial restitution. Talk about a tooth pulling a fare. Also my model refrigerator had a water dispenser and ice maker. The ice maker was fine but the water dispenser was a piece of ****. You have to stand a wait 3 minutes til it fills an 8 oz. glass. If you want this problem corrected, you have to buy a after market device to increase your water pressure. Also it requires a water filter. This has to changed every 6 months at $50.00 a pop. None of these topics were brought to our attention until you get it home and hook it up. Never will recommend Best Buy to anyone. In fact I'll tell everyone I know not to deal with them!

My 85 year old aunt went to Best Buy to buy a 43 inch LG TV , Samsung Sound Bar Stereo and Warranty for the TV and installation charges amounting to $1132.00 on April 12 for installation of stereo and tv on the 20th. She took home the Stereo only and they said they did not have the TV and they will send her one. They sent her a 32" Insignia TV and she told the UPS driver it is not the TV she ordered and sent it back to Best Buy. She was furious and went to the store and spoke Mr. Cavalieri about the problem and he said he is waiting for the TV to be returned. My Aunt Helene who has a BEST BUY credit card for the purchase by the way told me what happened so I went to the store and a Jon waited on us and he said the tv was returned so he gave her a credit for everything except the Stereo and he recharged her Best Credit Card for the right TV 43" LG and all the services and warranty again. The TV was sitting on a pallet in front of us in the store cash register. What kind of *** is this making us go through all this *** over again so I took the TV to my aunts house and another service call to install the stereo and tv is delayed till the 26 of April. She is happy it is straightened out but I am not when a rip off is made on my 85 year old aunt. I am P.Od. Do not buy at BEST BUY. I had dealings with them myself. I bought a 42" TV 5 years ago and had a warranty on it and it broke down not long after I purchased a Panasonic. The Geek squad came out 3 times and the third time the junked it. Best Buy said because they did not deliver the TV I had to take the TV off the wall and bring it back for another TV. The geek squad had the TV off the wall 3 times why couldn't they take it back to the Best Buy around the corner and replace a TV they could not fix. Crappola. I never shop there and I told my aunt to stop.

If you can buy from anyone else anywhere else I would do so.

My order has been cancelled rescheduled for 18 days later and i have been on hold for 3 phone calls to the service center and each call was transferred to another rep, explained my situation on new call and then put on hold and disconnected each time

I now have over 2 hours in the horrible experience

I ordered a $20Steam gift card on 12/15/15 with 2 day expedited shipping. No notifications or anything warning me that it might be lost in transit but I keep track especially for Christmas presents. Christmas came and went and I never received the card so after several emails and phone calls (even the robot customer service agent seemed to have an attitude-lol) I asked for a refund but was informed I would have to wait for the investigation? Over a $20 gift card...can't they track those to see if they are used and again, seriously, a $20 is really worth an investigation? The customer service is horrible. I promise not to purchase from Best Buy again and I will be spreading the message.

I should mention my original problems with my computer. Right out of the box without ANY installations or third party alterations, it ran as slow as my grandmother.

In a blizzard. With pitpulls latched onto her legs.

Seriously, I have NEVER seen such a sluggish computer....

This computer is sadly what desktops are becoming. External power supply, cheap components, and basically a tablet processor. This model came loaded with so much bloatware it would barely run right out of the box.

So I went before July and purchased a fridge in cash. I was told there was free delivery so I chose to take the delivery. My delivery date was for July 2nd. The truck came and the fridge was all dented up so I never had them even take it off the truck. They said they were sorry. Someone called me to talk about the fridge and offered me a gift card if I was willing to live with the dents and I told them absolutely not. I want a brand new, scratch and dent free fridge like I purchased. I then said okay can I please set up a new delivery. They said that they can't set up a new delivery until the fridge is back in the warehouse?? So that being said the next day no one called me like they said, Saturday came and it was July 4th so of course they were closed and Sunday they were closed. So on Monday I had to call them. They told me oh my delivery date was set up for the 25th of July. Might I add I never even talked to anybody and they picked a date that was 3 weeks from the day they originally were to deliver. I told them I was absolutely not waiting that long. Today is the 17th and this is the day my fridge once again was to come. (Might I add they are to call the day before and give you a two hour window. They did not. I called them at 9:30 last night and had to ask them when they were coming. ) SO today they called me at 9:03AM and told me my fridge wasn't on the truck because they "didn't have one at the warehouse." Now this was the 2nd time work was missed to be able to receive my fridge. My new date is for Monday. Im really not looking forward to see what happens next. On top of all of this.... This is 3 days of work that will be missed due to them. I am suppose to receive a $75 dollar gift card in the mail but since all the work missed it doesn't even make me happy. Talking to customer service they say im sorry to hear that blah blah blah. This has turned into the most expensive fridge I have purchased and I still don't even have it. I will never use best buy again for not only the horrible customer service but the lack of communicating to the paying customers.
