No Customer Service | Best Buy review from Reading, Pennsylvania
I spent $105 on a pair of JBL Synchros Reflect BT ear buds on 8/1/15. They could no longer be recharged because of a defective battery. I returned the ear buds to the Wyomissing PA Best Buy customer service counter with the original packaging and original receipt. I was told that even know the product is still under warranty, I didn't buy the extended warranty at the time of purchase, therefore Best Buy was not responsible for assisting me and that I had to contact JBL. I was dumbfounded! Even Wal Mart shows much more customer loyalty than this. I explained that I did not feel I was responsible for contacting JBL and felt that Best Buy should refund my money and contact JBL themselves since they sold headphones. This is the process at Wal Mart, lol! I let the associate and manager know that I would never purchase from Best Buy again if they weren't going to help me. The manager said "ok".

Best Buy's Christmas Ads
This has nothing to do with their products, but their Christmas commercials are extremely offensive. Since when is it okay to disrespect Santa to the level that is exhibited in these commercials? I don't get it, I guess it is yet another example of how society has changed. I wonder what it was like in the advertisement department when they came up with this idea of picking on the jolly old man. Whoever approved this notion should lose their job. What do they think little children feel like when they see a pseudo mom acting aggressive and mean towards a generous, gentle representative of goodness who never asked for anything but good behavior in return. Best Buy has definately exhibited bad behavior and deserves coal in their stockings!

Best Buy WILL NOT stand by their warranty
I bought a laptop (1200$) and in three month brought it there 12 times. I was very patient and the last time I said that this is *** they kicked me out of the store. The manager did not handle well they were ridiculous I am never going back. I just wanted my laptop fixed or a new one. Manchester NH Best Buy has the worst managers and Geek squad does not know what they are doing. I went the next day and they did not help at all. They treat you with a bad attitude and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I had purchased 3 year warranty but only 2 months had gone by.
