I called the store in West Mifflin, PA last night and asked if they had Toshiba Laptops the person said they did and gave me a range in price. I called again this morning and was told the same thing by another associate. I went there this afternoon and did not see any Toshiba Laptops so I asked if they carried them and the associate that offered to help me said "we don't carry them anymore." and literally walked away from us not even trying to steer us to something else. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I was in you store today in cranberry pa 12/21/15 To return a video that I purchased because it didn't work. When I was being help by a lady at the store who stood in front of me telling me the game is fine and used the exact words I'm a lier infrom of whole store which embarrassing me and my 70 year old dad. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't appreciate what she said and tried to explain what's wrong with game she once again said I was a lier in front of customer and store I told her I want a apology she did give me a refund for game and when asked to see manager she told me and my dad to leave before she called police which again was said in front of all customer in store. I am expecting something done apolicy will not work I want her terminated or I will be contacting attorney for all the embarrassment and defamation that I received in your store

So I went before July and purchased a fridge in cash. I was told there was free delivery so I chose to take the delivery. My delivery date was for July 2nd. The truck came and the fridge was all dented up so I never had them even take it off the truck. They said they were sorry. Someone called me to talk about the fridge and offered me a gift card if I was willing to live with the dents and I told them absolutely not. I want a brand new, scratch and dent free fridge like I purchased. I then said okay can I please set up a new delivery. They said that they can't set up a new delivery until the fridge is back in the warehouse?? So that being said the next day no one called me like they said, Saturday came and it was July 4th so of course they were closed and Sunday they were closed. So on Monday I had to call them. They told me oh my delivery date was set up for the 25th of July. Might I add I never even talked to anybody and they picked a date that was 3 weeks from the day they originally were to deliver. I told them I was absolutely not waiting that long. Today is the 17th and this is the day my fridge once again was to come. (Might I add they are to call the day before and give you a two hour window. They did not. I called them at 9:30 last night and had to ask them when they were coming. ) SO today they called me at 9:03AM and told me my fridge wasn't on the truck because they "didn't have one at the warehouse." Now this was the 2nd time work was missed to be able to receive my fridge. My new date is for Monday. Im really not looking forward to see what happens next. On top of all of this.... This is 3 days of work that will be missed due to them. I am suppose to receive a $75 dollar gift card in the mail but since all the work missed it doesn't even make me happy. Talking to customer service they say im sorry to hear that blah blah blah. This has turned into the most expensive fridge I have purchased and I still don't even have it. I will never use best buy again for not only the horrible customer service but the lack of communicating to the paying customers.

Would not return money for a gift even though I had a receipt. Said seal on box was broken. The entire content was untouched by me and was intact. How would I know if I wanted the gift unless I looked at it. I was not even given in-store credit. I have never before witnessed such an unjust policy. My advice is never to buy from this company. I had a previous bad and rudely treated experience and I never went back to shop. But this was a gift. I had the receipt. Also, Manager was not kind. I am most upset.

Attempted to purchase a smaller flat screen tv 32in for a resonable price as their ads proudly announce. | Best Buy review from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Everything affordable for me on line was sold out. I looked at a smaller tv and found one. It had to be picked up at the store. I live in Central PA and the closest store was Virginia. Really Best buy, that is your best. I will go to Walmart. I felt as though the old bait and switch was at work here in the local Best Buy store. I found out I must rant and carry on for 100 words or my complaint can not be registered. Again, Best Buy are you folks just not with it or what. This is just stupidity at it's finest.

There was no bait and switch only no product availability in your area. The Web site told you exactly where you could get the tv for the price you were willing to pay. Nothing was switched and you shouldn't make such accusations because products were sold out around Christmas time.

The store could preface that the items may not be available in your local area. This is not an accusation, this is the truth. Best Buy needs to update their advertisements to reflect correct information regardless of the time of year.

Best Buy is the worst company- Stay away!

I had several problems with my home theatre set-up. Best Buy's Geek squad charged $160 + tax for someone to come to my house to diagnose the problems. The first man spent over 2 hours, and was not able to correct the problems. I went back to Best Buy to set up another appointment the following week. The second man came to my house and diagnosed the problems immediately, fixed most of them, and stated that I need to buy a $70.00 speaker selector to fix the remaining problem, and that after I bought it he would come to install it, which he stated would take only about 10 minutes, I bought the speaker selector and tried to contact him repeatedly, but could not reach him, after trying for almost two weeks. I then called Geek Squad to set up an appointment to install the speaker selector. I waited 4 hours (8 AM to noon) and took off from work, for someone to arrive, which they didn't. When I called Geek Squad, they informed me that the appointment was canceled by them because it would have to be a paid appointment, which now would cost over $200! I am now stuck with a speaker selector, and audio problems, which could easily be resolved but for the greediness of Best Buy.

On Sunday November 24 at midnight my 2 teenage boys and i went to our local Best Buy to check and see if a line had started for a ticket handout for the PS4. The store was handing out tickets at 6am for a limited supply of PS4 consoles that were originally pre-ordered then cancelled by customers. At midnight one guy and a woman that was with him were there in their car waiting. When I pulled up the guy gets out and starts moving the gated barriers and re-arranging them which appeared strange to me. After moving a few barriers he and his female companion got out of their car and sat 2 chairs next to the doors. It was then that we noticed the guy had a best buy jacket on (he was a store employee). The temperature was below freezing and strong wind gusts delivered more shivering chills. The kids and I decided sitting outside for 6 hours wasn't a good idea so we left agreeing to return at 4. When we returned the same 2 people were back in their car waiting so we thought we should just stay in the car until another vehicle pulled in. Around 5 am another car pulls in and the best buy employee then heads for his chair as the newest arrival heads in the direction of the door. My son and i tried to hurry to the door but the newest person was able to get to it before us. This person ends up sitting in the chair next to the best buy employee as it turns out they are together! Even if my son and I had made it over there first the seat had been saved for that person anyhow. I stood outside with them until 6 then at 6 a woman comes out and hands out the tickets and of course the people in front of me are the only ones to get these tickets..... The best buy employee and his guest! Go figure! I was able to put it all together at this point...... Why would he even attempt in the freezing temp to sit outside when we pulled in at midnight unless he knew there were only a couple tickets available! Completely unfair! He had the heads up on how many before hand and he saved a seat for someone. I wouldnt even be in this mess had when I ordered the system on pre-order, Best buy would have taken the money at the time of purchase instead of 5 days later. My bank account has a security feature in which I have to pre-approve any transaction over $300, which I did at time of purchase for the pre-order sale. The approval was only good for 24 hours so when best buy tried to then take their money 5 days later my bank rejected the transaction and best buy never even tried to notify me of the cancelled order. By the time I found out all the pre-order sales were sold out!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING IN MY LIFE FROM BEST BUY EVER!!!!!! HOPE THEY HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO KEEP THE COMPANY RUNNING WITH THEIR PURCHASES!

I purchased an expensive wireless router less than four months ago. The router quit so I called best buy customer service. I spent about 2 hours getting transferred and waiting. The last person I talked to told me to take the router to the store and they would exchange it. The customer service person told me that they would send me a copy of my original receipt. I never received the receipt so I called again and talked to another customer service person. This time I was talked to like I stole the router was trying to scam Best Buy. I asked to talk to a supervisor. This person added fuel to the fire!! If this is the best people that Best Buy can hire, THEN i WILL never DEAL WITH BEST BUY AGAIN!! Yes, the majority of the people are very nice, but a couple of Rotten apples can spoil the whole group.

I have never had a need to get a mailed receipt. They can look up all purchases you do (whether online or in store doesn't matter!) by just giving them your Best Buy card/member ID number.

I lost my receipt once, went to the store not sure I would be able to return an item...

BB will probably not tell you this, but....

Customer receipts are available from the customer service counter from the store.... when you arreturn/exchange an item! All you need is ID, another BB receipt from any product also aid them.

I asked them about this, and they told me this was available all the time.

I've given up calling BB. I go to the store. The customer service persons are more apt to help. I'm not understanding there attitude.

Send an email to the corporate headquarters, customer relations dept, about your experience. See what happens.
