Purchased new samsung tv, transported unit home to find out screen is broken. Immediatly called store and was told to "buy a bigger one" since they had no more stock. I then spoke to store manager and he ordered a new one and was to educate employee on proper way to talk to customers. On delivery day we were called to tell us brakes went out on truck and would be rescheduled, gift card was to be issued for trouble. 21 days later finally got tv, no gift card. Called local store to resolve and was told store manager was not available due to meetings. Called corporate but only directed to call centers. Finally transfered to store manager who could care less...he said online is separate company and not connected to store...remember i paided cash in store for tv...not his problem. In short this is why best buy is going out of business and amazon and sams club online will win. To bad customer service means nothing to best buy..get money screw people.
