Bought a washer and had it delivered. When they installed it the guy broke my pipe, kicked it aside as if nothing happened, hooked up the hose to the broken pipe then ran the washer. Water all over the floor gases emitting out of the sewer pipe and no one would call a plumber. It was an emergency because the gases now coming out of my sewer pipe are now toxic. NEVER GET ANYTHING DELIVERED BY THEM IF THEY USE A COMPANY CALLED SPIRIT. The guy would not leave my house because we refused to sign the delivery order so the police had to be called. Still fighting with them as it needs now to be brought up to code. I have 2 quotes. One much higher to bring up to code and one much lower to just fix as is. Of course they are paying the cheaper one. I will NEVER purchase an appliance at Best Buy again. I am looking some place else when I replace my dryer in a few months. I don't want anything to do with Best Buy again

Moving to new house so bought TV mount in ahead of time in anticipation of move. The item won't work in our new house but can't return due to 2 WEEK return policy. Who has a 2 week return policy! Toohat's ridiculous! Rude staff and even more rude management. Never shop at Roosevelt Blvd. store!

It's *** but a lot of places have 14 day return policies on electronics nowadays. Of course that should all have been listed on the receipt. Some places are pretty lenient and will work with you in some way, overriding the return or letting you swap it with a different one from the shelf.

If you can buy from anyone else anywhere else I would do so.

My order has been cancelled rescheduled for 18 days later and i have been on hold for 3 phone calls to the service center and each call was transferred to another rep, explained my situation on new call and then put on hold and disconnected each time

I now have over 2 hours in the horrible experience

BEST BUY has the worst customer service EVER!!!!

We purchased a dishwasher from the Whitehall, PA BEST BUY store, and they scheduled delivery for ten days later. I came home from work early to be there during the 5-9pm window they gave us. The appointment had been confirmed the day before, but no one came that evening to deliver and install our dishwasher, and no one called to tell us they weren't coming. After hours on the phone with the worst wait times (average 40 minutes) and most callous customer service people ever, we got it rescheduled. This time they wanted to come on a Saturday night. Oh well, we need a dishwasher, so we cancelled dinner plans and waited again for a 5-9 pm installation window. Again they confirmed the appointment the day before, and again no one showed up. Now when we call them, they either pretend they can't here us "hello? hello? we must have a bad connection" or they just hang up. Broken promises, impossible communication loop - it's like a bad dream and I can't wake up.

So I went before July and purchased a fridge in cash. I was told there was free delivery so I chose to take the delivery. My delivery date was for July 2nd. The truck came and the fridge was all dented up so I never had them even take it off the truck. They said they were sorry. Someone called me to talk about the fridge and offered me a gift card if I was willing to live with the dents and I told them absolutely not. I want a brand new, scratch and dent free fridge like I purchased. I then said okay can I please set up a new delivery. They said that they can't set up a new delivery until the fridge is back in the warehouse?? So that being said the next day no one called me like they said, Saturday came and it was July 4th so of course they were closed and Sunday they were closed. So on Monday I had to call them. They told me oh my delivery date was set up for the 25th of July. Might I add I never even talked to anybody and they picked a date that was 3 weeks from the day they originally were to deliver. I told them I was absolutely not waiting that long. Today is the 17th and this is the day my fridge once again was to come. (Might I add they are to call the day before and give you a two hour window. They did not. I called them at 9:30 last night and had to ask them when they were coming. ) SO today they called me at 9:03AM and told me my fridge wasn't on the truck because they "didn't have one at the warehouse." Now this was the 2nd time work was missed to be able to receive my fridge. My new date is for Monday. Im really not looking forward to see what happens next. On top of all of this.... This is 3 days of work that will be missed due to them. I am suppose to receive a $75 dollar gift card in the mail but since all the work missed it doesn't even make me happy. Talking to customer service they say im sorry to hear that blah blah blah. This has turned into the most expensive fridge I have purchased and I still don't even have it. I will never use best buy again for not only the horrible customer service but the lack of communicating to the paying customers.

Would not return money for a gift even though I had a receipt. Said seal on box was broken. The entire content was untouched by me and was intact. How would I know if I wanted the gift unless I looked at it. I was not even given in-store credit. I have never before witnessed such an unjust policy. My advice is never to buy from this company. I had a previous bad and rudely treated experience and I never went back to shop. But this was a gift. I had the receipt. Also, Manager was not kind. I am most upset.

Have no idea how to do inventory | Best Buy review from Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

Went to a store looking for an iPad keyboard case. I picked one out and I nventory said there were 2 in stock. They couldn't find them after a half hour of searching, so they checked another store where there were supposed to be 4 in stock. I drove 30 minutes to that store and they couldn't find them either. I kept asking for a refund and they kept sending employees to look for the item. What a huge waste of my time. They have no clue what's in their inventory. They said their "inventory specialists" knew where everything was - what a joke.

Ordered a wall oven and was given a delivery date. Didn't come in, was given another date. Still didn't come in. Placed numerous phone calls but was jacked around by sales reps. Waited over 1 month still no oven. Tried calling Customer Service, but it ended up with more phone and absolutely no results. It is unacceptable that this company is quick to take your money and yet not follow through with any promises. Cancelled my order and bought oven at Home Depot. Got phone call day after order was cancelled with more apologies but again no action or results. I realize my $800 is small potatoes to these companies, but never again from a Best Buy.

This couldn't be more true. I spent $700.00 on a laptop 2 months ago, it took a dump on me today, and they wanted another $200.00 for their geek squad coverage.

Good thing I know an IT guy.

I don't recommend this *** hole to anyone for anything. Money hungry pathetic losers.
