Best Buy - Package delivery date keeps changing
Ordered a package from Bestbuy on October 29th. Says it will be shipped as early as October 31st using TForce delivery.
When I track my package on TForce delivery service, the delivery date keeps changing to the next day saying it is expected to be delivered by 9pm on the date. Today is Nov 4th and the Tforce tracking status still states it that package will arrive Nov 3rd by 9 pm. What also keeps changing with the date is the shipping location. One day it is supposed to be shipped from Brampton and the other day it flips to Etobicoke and then back to Brampton again.
Cannot believe Bestbuy would use such a low-rated inefficient delivery company to ship its products.
Worst part is that Bestbuy already claims they shipped that product but the delivery company does not seem it deliver it. Already raised two inquiries to Tforce and they are unreachable.
User's recommendation: Check the delivery service contractor before ordering shipping and stay away from Tforce delivery. Might as well order for pickup or purchase in store.
