I purchased a open box Galaxy book and the device was locked by the previous owner. The service department asked me the paid and they will reinstalled the system and picked it up at Feb 5.

I started learning the new device, after 2 week I started to transfer files from my desk top, and found out the desk top does not recognize my galaxy book. So I started to join the home group and never succes. After search online and learn that if the peer to peer service is off, no way I can connected. I turn the p top service on.

The system indicated some files are missing the service in error.

I took the device back and explained they have to reinstalled the system again because some files missing. I found out that would be my problem since over 15 days unless paid 200 to reinstalled that.

They are cheated even they know there was a error when the installation. Anyway, I will not purchased anything from Best Buy, and they do not care anyway.
