Best Buy Warranty Review
Purchased a PS VITA from Best Buy, along with BB warranty for $74 , around Christmas. Sony has since discontinued the manufacturing of the vita. My vita has stopped working, took my vita to BB for help, and was offerd a BB gift card minus the replacement plan. I have spoken with the BB corporate office (2) time about this matter, and not yet received a call back or resolution from BB.

DESTROYED DELETED THOUSANDS OF MY PICTURES | Best Buy review from Raleigh, North Carolina
BROUGH IN TO ASK IF THEY COULD TRANSFER MY PICS TO EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, FOUND THEM TRYING TO , THEY ADMITTED TO IT, MY PASSWORD. I TOLD THEM NOT TO.. WENT TO BACK AND TOLD THEM TO STOP IMMED ,THEY REFUSED AND AS I TOLD THEM DO NOT TRY TO EXTRACT PASSWORD AS IT WOULD COULD DELETE DATA , THEY DID, NOW I HAVE LOST ALL THE PICTURES OF MY KIDS GROWNG UP AND MY DECEASED WIFE. THEIR RESPONSE , SORRY. THEY HAVE DELETED BEFORE ON THE PAST THATS WHY THIS TIME I TOLD THEM DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT, THEY LIED TO ME AND WHEN I TRIED TO STOP THEM THEY CONTINUED AND USED PHYSCIAL FORCE TO STOP ME FROM STOPPING THEM

Ordered a new All-in-one PC from Best Buy Marketplace and they interecepted the shipment from UPS the day of delivery, returned product and refuse to fulfill order now.
Spent the last Sunday of 2013 (12/29) checking advertisements and shopping online for a new desktop PC. While doing so, I discovered a HP ENVY 2334 Touch Screen All in One Computer 8GB Memory 2TB Hard Drive SKU: 1306374925 advertised on Best Buy for $499. This appeared to be a great price, so I stopped looking, ordered it and received my email confirmation of the order stating it would be delivered between 1/2/14 and 1/5/14. On 12/30 I received a shipment confirmation from UPS that my PC would be delivered on 1/2/14. Everything appeared to working like clock work and I was excited about getting my new PC at the start of the new year. On 1/2/14 I received an email from UPS stating that my package had been intercepted and was being returned to sender at the shipper's request. UPS showed the package had left Doraville, GA on 12/30/13 and was on a UPS truck for delivery to my home in Greenville, SC on 1/2/14. I then receive another email from UPS stating the package was being sent to Addison, IL. At this point, I began contacting customer service at both Best Buy and Tiger Direct because this was a Best Buy Marketplace order. Neither Company would provide me with any details other than what I was already seeing on my UPS.com account. It is now 1/7/14 and I still have no PC and I have not heard anything from Best Buy or Tiger Direct. I received another email from UPS stating my package had been delivered to its final destination of Addison, IL. Once again I started contacting Best Buy and Tiger Direct's customer service because my Best Buy credit card has been charged and I have no PC and it appears there is not one in route to me either. After spending over 20 minutes on the phone with a Best Buy customer service rep, he finally tells me that he is going to have to contact Tiger Direct himself and find out what is going on. He places me on hold, contacts Tiger Direct and then gets back to me 10 minutes later. He then tells me he has someone from Tiger Direct on the line they will take care of my order problem. He connects me with the rep from Tiger Direct and disconnects himself from the call. The customer service rep from Tiger Direct then asks how he can help me wants to know what the problem is with my order (arghhh). I spend another 10 minutes bringing this person up-to-speed on everything and then he finally tells me that the price of the PC I ordered was a mistake and they cannot honor that price. I realize you made a pricing error on your website, but those mistakes should not come at the expense of the customer. It is one thing to tell me the mistake before your confirm and ship my order and it is another thing to not tell me at all, charge my credit card and leave me to my own means to figure out with the issues are. The fact that you charged my credit card and provided me with an order confirmation makes this sale a binding agreement and you should be honorable and respectable enough to honor this mistake and provide with the product that was ordered. Until then, Best Buy and Tiger Direct will never again get any of my business and I will do everything within my power and the ability of the Social Media network to make sure many more individuals do the same!
Online Order Horror | Best Buy review from Raleigh, North Carolina
I ordered a computer offline in order to avoid any lines. The website said that it would send me a confirmation email within 15 minutes that would state I was allowed to come pick it up from the store since I had chosen the store pick up option. After 3 hours and no confirmation email I decided to call the store and after being online with the store and Best Buy customer care support for another 3 hours I still have nothing yet the transaction has been taken from my account. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life and I will never be buying anything online from bestbuy.com. Best Buy does not deliver the ease and convenience that it promises or advertises. Please do not order offline and ship to store.
I fell in one of their stsores,was transported to hospital by EMS, and xray revealed I had broken my arm. Store never called me to see what kind of injuy I had. No follow up at all from Best Buy. I am disappointed that Best Buy has so little regard for their customers...

Buyer Beware!!Best Buy Uses A&E Factory Services for Warranty Repair
The company offers its services seven days a week starting from 6 a.m. to midnight to fit busy schedules of customers. Liars! Unfortunately this is the company Best Buy uses for warranty coverage. Don't use this company or buy from Best Buy! A month to come out for diagnosis. After the parts get mailed to my house the next appointment available is not for another month! Find that hard to believe! All the people answering the phones for them are foreign and have no clue what your trying to tell them. God Forbid a problem arises! Can not speak to an actual tech at all! SOOOOO they can not understand in the 5 times they have been called that when the tech came out to diagnose my fridge he said he thought one of the parts was included with the two he ordered, well guess what it was NOT. So he will be coming out in a month to only to have to order another part. AND I'm sure it will take another month to get another appointment. SO my 2 MONTH OLD Samsung fridge will now take 3 month to have fixed! ABSURD!
Dynex TV's suck | Best Buy review from Raleigh, North Carolina
Don't buy a Dynex TV - got one as a Christmas gift - it died - Best Buy won't provide service without me paying for it because I don't have a receipt and my son didn't keep once he saw I would keep the TV. Why should I pay for their TV twice - I assume it will only break again since it only lasted several months with minimal use. Their customer service is horrible. When you call to resolve the problem you get put on hold for 15 minutes and are forced to listen to horrible music. Then they just tell you without a receipt they won't do anything and offer to send someone out to fix it if you pay. They are shameless - they have to know they have a defective product and then try to make the consumer pay for their defects. *** BEST BUY!
Best Buy return with a receipt
I purchased a calculator but it did not have the features I needed so I returned to Best Buy 2 weeks later with the unopened package & the original receipt. Customer service asked to see my drivers license & phone number or else they wouldn't issue a refund. This is unfair that they need my name, address, DL #, SS# & phone for a simple return. I don't want marketing calls or junk email as a result. I have never been asked for such personal info. from any other store when a valid receipt was produced. NEVER again will I shop at Best Buy.

bought a computer at best buy less than 4 months ago for school, however I recently took my computer out of my school bag and the computers screen is cracked take it to best buy they state there is nothing they can do "I should have bought the protection warranty". I explained to them that well I didn't and I just need this situation fixed because I need a computer then they quoted $200 to me and it will probably take 10days. I told them that that option is not feasible can they do something for me towards a new computer and just keep my computer and these *** people proceeded to tell me that my computer was probably only $320 and I was like no it was $400 so you over priced it to me then i want the $80 difference. Long story short my current value is $0 and there is nothing they can do for, at this point I don't want anything to do with this company.
I purchased a $2500 TV at Best Buy #299 in Raleigh, NC.. When the store delivered the TV, the TV screen was cracked and the store manager and sales manager would not exchange the TV.. Not only that but the two managaers said that myself, father and sister were lying...
