Took my fried laptop I bought back in October the charger fried it. The man working at geek squad said he would honestly throw it away or put it in sand. Now they have to send it off for 2 weeks, thats my livelihood, Im bout to loose my job now. Then we would have to buy a new computer? Can they not loan me one so I dont loose my job? I dont have the money to buy a whole new computer. Why cant yall loan me one until mine comes back? Were paying extra for the warranty or insurance or what ever its supposed to be. Can yall help me? The people working were great they go by what yall tell them to say.

They should lose their jobs-not qualified-not reliable. Go to Office Max/Depot-they will get it done.

I don't think anyone with Geek Squad or Best Buy can tie their own shoes. They should fill the unemployment line asap.

They probably wouldn't know how to do that either. Stupid is as stupid does.

Purchased a Bosh Dishwasher on March 28th was told I could have it installed on Monday April 1st so I cancelled all appointment and plans for Monday to await the installation, on Saturday got a call telling me the installation was changed to Thursday the 4th. The only reason I went to BestBuy was because of the promise of early installation. They will promise anything just to make a sale so I am going to get my money back and go somewhere else.

We bought AI phone 6S from Best Buy referred . Within 2 weeks phone stopped working and was told that I had to send it to CCR warranty. CCR warranty now says that the ime numbers dont match. And that I need to send them some money to get the phone back. That is the phone that they sent me So if the number is wrong that it's on them not me. CCR and Best Buy can suck it. I'll never buy anything Else from them again.

This review is in regards to their customer service after a faulty dishwasher installation. My new dishwasher was installed on a Wednesday. On Saturday I opened the under sink cabinet to get cleaning supplies to find the entire cabinet filled with a water puddle. Water was dripping constantly from the connection between the sink and dishwasher. I immediately called and they said the third part installation service would open at 9 am and they would get someone to handle a repair for me. I have literally spent my entire day on the phone trying to find someone to fix this faulty installation. No one has provided any help other than to tell me that I can wait 4 days for the next appointment. I have tried to shut the valve off and that slowed the leak but did not completely stop it. This is a huge issue as my house is currently for sale. I was installing the new appliances to make it more attractive to buyers. Now my cabinets might be ruined. I cannot have the home inspected as planned until this is fixed because of the leak. This is a nightmare and all I have gotten from Best Buy is some lame apologies. In my line of work when a mistake is made it is expected to be corrected immediately. This is a simple mistake, but making me wait for 4 days to get it fixed could cost me in the sale of my home and that is unacceptable. I explained this to several people over the phone. I've talked to every supervisor anyone would transfer me to. I even spoke with someone at their dispatch warehouse. No one cares enough to get the job done right. I will never shop from Best Buy again.

I've been a client for many years and I've been at this store many times. But this time the customer service was terrible. I just had to return an item that bought online as a gift ! But the Assistant "DIVA" Manager called Mayra, made it difficult and complicated. You can see that she doesn't want to help us and, while she was "talking" to us, she was looking her nails, talking loudly to other employees, making notes non related to my case and, making gestures like rolling her eyes upward.... is that a joke? Mayra, if you don't like to take care of customers, do not work at this kind of business, I bet there are other employees who really deserve your position. Also, GET REAL, acting like a "diva" doesn't make you superior, kid.

No one stole from you, and using the word "donnybrook" doesn't make you sound any smarter then the manager you're trying to make fun of and i PROMISE you they did not offer a gift certificate,they offered you a store credit possibly?The problem with you is you think someone HAS to do something,no one in a position of authority has to do anything im sure just based on your YOU are the reason you only got store credit.Less of you,more of everyone else!!

I did finally purchase the tv and it arrived with the screen busted!! The nightmare never ends with Best Buy, I'm emotionally exhausted with this entire process. They are shipping me another tv out, but this has been one big inconvenience.
