I just found out that I cannot return a defective item because at Best Buy you have only 15 days to do so! I am shocked to hear this, and stuck with $45 worth of junk.
I will allow that they put that policy in very fine print somewhere on my 2-foot long receipt (for just 2 items), and congratulate them for making it so very hiding it so well and tricking me.
There is nothing I would get at Best Buy that I cannot get elsewhere. I will NEVER shop there again, and I will go great lengths to spread the word about this terrible place.
