You buy a birthday gift a week or two before the birthday (most people don't buy a gift the day of the birthday). The gift is opened but it is a few days before you find that the external disk drive will not work on windows 10 even though the staff helped pick it out.
Fine, you have been a good customer over $2000,00 for your last computer and a few weeks ago bought a new lap top another $1000. There has been many other things TV's, Cameras and so on. Now come to find out they will not take back the $24. external disk drive because they have a 15 day return policy.
OK that is their right and I have the right to go were they have a better customer service policy. Seems a no brainer take back the $24.
item and keep a customer who has and like would have spent thousands. Lots of better and lower priced places out there.
