never make the mistake of buying a Samsung washer from bestbuy with extended warranty. Now its giving trouble and after calling bestbuy 8-10 times and endless hold time, bestbuy saying talk to Samsung. then I try to contact Samsung multiple times and they say its a recall piece and they will cover it for warranty but still not sent anyone to see it. im going crazy contacting company to company and department to department.. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AND ESPECIALLY NOT FROM BESTBUY!! Samsung washer serial number SN 0BHE5AUFC11110X, Model WA45H7000AW/A2

I started taking my computer in to Best Buy because I don't like the person they send to my home to fix it. He stays here too long.

I had to tell him I had to run an errand in order to get him to leave. I believe he was playing games.

I agree with Simon. They failed to fulfill the service contract. They did not fail to provide you with the product. A refund of the service contract is fair.

Also, it should be noted that they did not "mislead" you or sell you the scooter "under false pretenses." It is impossible for a store employee to predict the corporation's inventory two years into the future.

Also, do you expect to get a full refund on a non-defective scooter you've apparently used frequently? Another unrealistic expectation.

As an anonymous poster on the Internet who claims to have a law background, I'd advise you not to waste money pursuing a legal resolution.
