Details
First they delivered a broken TV on Tuesday which they had to take back. Then they scheduled to deliver and install a new one on Friday. They never showed up. I am many thousands in the hole, two full days wasted and no TV yet. THEY TOTALLY SUCK. Regret doing business with these jokers.

Best Buy review in Vestal, New York: Geek Squad Rip-off!!!!

Best Buy and Geek Squad refused to cancel an Auto Pay technical assistance warranty after multiple attempts through both the 1888 number and in store. I cancelled after 1st year and could not get them to stop charging my credit card for 5 more years! Best Buy is running a criminal enterprise through their Geek Squad arm. The US DOJ should investigate Best Buy immediately.

never make the mistake of buying a Samsung washer from bestbuy with extended warranty. Now its giving trouble and after calling bestbuy 8-10 times and endless hold time, bestbuy saying talk to Samsung. then I try to contact Samsung multiple times and they say its a recall piece and they will cover it for warranty but still not sent anyone to see it. im going crazy contacting company to company and department to department.. I hope your mom immediately cancelled the order with Best Buy and wandered over to a Lowe's if you have one in town and bought from them. Alternatively, buy a fridge from some other store in town.
