Wife went to buy a phone case and the salesmen states, "Are you confused about which phone you have?" What !!! Same day say place....Samsung employee (?) knew no specifics about the tablets and for fun ask him if it could play FLAC files. "Hey Joe can these play flac files?" Sounds like future used car salesman. Besides, being totally brain dead about the product, even with the Samsung shirt on, gave us bad information on the tablets and kept hounding us to buy a tablet. In addition , the store was disorganized, dirty, and poorly lit. I can see the end is near for these stores

I ordered an item. 3 days later I get a notice from Best Buy that says it will be 3 weeks for delivery...and feel free to cancel...HA HA...Can't cancel it...Customer service - 20 minutes and they can't cancel it...they say to refuse it...HA HA....I DON"T WANT IT> Then they tell me (after 20 minutes) that it is already with UPS -- with a tracking number...So first i get an email saying a 3 week delay then a few hours (and 30 min. later with customer service) I am told it is being shipped...so customer service clearly did not listen to me when I said I didn't want to wait 3 weeks - she could have told me it was being processed when we started the call...and that was the reason it could n't be cancelled...it was a gift and i heard later in the day it had arrived! go figure.

Sounds about right with Best Buy. I've noticed when ordering from them online that they ALWAYS give you the farthest possible ship date/receive date in the future. That way, when they deliver it early, which almost always happens, you will be happy with them!

I went to best buy on Yonkers to purchase the surface pro 3. I spent hours in the store trying to learn about the machine I was purchasing. When I got home the machine didn't do the things I expected. I went back to the store several times finally one of the sales people told me I didn't purchase the surface pro 3 and I purchased the surface 3. Now best buy is willing to refund my money however the accessories I purchased they refuse to refund and they also refuse to return the taxes I paid for the surface 3.

for last two months the microwave i purchsed is not working. geek squad promised to order missing parts and fix it. blame game started between installation company, geeek squad and manager of the store.after two months and repeated assurances the part is still not fixed. the return option is lost because the microwave is now over 2 months since purchase. total rip off. worst after sale service. i will not even call it service i think it is bestbuy harrasment. will never step in best buy. if yoy do business with best buy i would recommend to be prepared for wasting lot hours writing letters, holding on the phone to speak to a representative, and reading condescending emails

To Whom It May Concern: I purchased an iPad with a warranty. The iPad broke so I called best buy and they sent a new one and a box to send back the broken one. A couple months later I received a email saying that they would charge me $214.75 if I don't disable the locks on my old iPad. The problem lies were the iPad screen had froze. Now if it didn't freeze I would never have to be writing this. The Geek Squad gave me a plan number of 5234011255. I don't know why any time I speak to an agent about the problem I would give them the number then they tell me it's not nessasary. I could not turn on the iPad &&$because the screen froze, I wouldnt need the geek squad if screen didn't freeze. Thursday 8/9/15. I spoke with at least 5geek squad agents and each one gave me a different answer. Then one actually told me that go to the store where I bought it cause they have my old iPad there. I did not send it to the store. I don't know how *** these people think I am. If they want to get rid of me it s not nessasary to lie to me! The only passcode number on It was '1012'. Can someone please get in touch with me. I know there just waiting the 30 days to collect the $214.75. I know I I have done everything they told me to do and they don't answer me but yet they send the same letter telling me that they are going to charge me $214.75. I don't know who else to contact. Well I am going to forget about using the e mail and go to the executives and bother them by phone I know for sure I will be the last person they want to talk to about a lousy $214.75 . Horrible Service | Best Buy review from Liverpool, New York

Best Buy Has horrible customer service. Same as above bought TV in 2011. Somehow, unknown to myself warranty expired May 2015, They saw only way they contact u is by email. Never got email. Its now of course July 2015. As of last nite TV shuts off by itself will stay on maybe 45 min then shuts off. Best Buy will not let me renew my warranity, but admit they only contact you through email?? REALLY!! have you heard of setting something to the house as u have my addresss? U have my phone number, but didnt call. Horrible customer service. I seriously WILL NOT buy a thing from them again. Today got bounced around 3 different departments 3 different places on phone for 2 hrs!! REDICULOUS!! And they first girl told me she couldnt make an appt didnt understand why and just bumped me through to the next person!! REALLY!! At that point I was ready to explode! AND you only contact your customers via email. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO ANYONE!!

Best buy along with every other retailer, doesn't have time to call every customer who buy service plans. Don't blame them because you deleted the email that was sent. Btw, learn how to speak English!
