Well i when to retune a Digand 7'inc table at forham RD in the bronx today , b because of malfunction but before I got there I called the representatives and told her that I was coming back to exchange my merchandise , and she there would be no problem she offered me a 10% discount on my merchandise but when I got up there nobody knew anything about my discount and treated me so bad very poor servers 15 minutes for them to find another digital + 7 + 20 , the young girl by the name Kleshsa , and the manager name is Kelvin that was most badest customer service treated me so bad I feel really bad , hate them ,need to be fire , no respect at all I would never go back there and I will also tell my friends and family and co-workers never to go there

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from the retail store. Delivery was scheduled for a few days out. It was later cancelled by the Best Buy delivery service because it was "damaged". I was then informed there were no other units of that model in stock. My wife consented to purchase an upgraded model since Thanksgiving was near and we were entertaining 20 guests. As promised, we were notified the night before delivery and provided with a five hour delivery window. Hallway through the scheduled delivery period I contacted the delivery company, after 20 minutes on hold, and was told it would arrive within 1 1/2 hours. Two hours later I called again and was on hold for 27 minutes. The Customer Service rep said she would check again with the drivers and 15 minutes later informed me that it was not on the truck and delivery would not occur. I asked the rep to determine if it would be delivered the next day. She said she would check and get back to me and I asked her she really intended to call back. She assured she would - and you guessed it - no call back. We went to Best Buy the following day to cancel the order and after an hour of working with the store rep they were not able to locate the unit or get through to the delivery service. We left the store stating we expected a cancellation that day, went to Sears, spent 15 minutes with the sales rep, bought the same dishwasher at a better price and it was delivered two days later.

Mistake in buying from Sears. Hope they didn't talk you into an extended warranty, etc. They are actually worse than BB.

We ordered a television online from Best Buy and had a delivery date scheduled for 12/24. Late in the evening of 12/23 we received a text indicating that the delivery had been changed to 12/28. On 12/28, 4 hours prior to the delivery time we received another text and voicemail that they needed to reschedule until 1/4. I am dissappointed in Best Buy because we have previously purchased many appliances from them and have had good experiences, but recently other online services such as Amazon have shown better customer service, low prices and dependable delivery. Unfortunately, we can not continue to change schedules and make arrangements so we canceled our order and will look elsewhere for more dependablility.

Recent TV Buying at Best Buy Monmouth Junction NJ

I returned the Samsung TV I bought because it didn't work and was obviously defective. I was completely stunned by the experience I had with the returns dept. Three people grabbed the box and began emptying it without even a word to me. They did not ask me what was the matter with the TV or why I was returning it, just where were the screws that were supposed to be in the box and the manual! They turned their backs to me and talked among themselves without even acknowledging I was standing there. Finally I said "excuse me" I would appreciate if someone would talk to me about the TV !! When it was decided and understood that I only wanted a replacement, they sent me over to get the associate in the TV dept to get one. When I returned to returns dept. The girl held her hand out for the receipt and didn't look at me or talk to me during this entire process!!! I didn't know they hired mutes in the returns dept.! I will never buy again at BEST BUY, the staff except for the original associate, Cameron (he was wonderful), are RUDE and have no people skills. During this holiday season other stores are bending over backwards to be nice and friendly to the consumer, this place was empty and now I know why! I went to their website but they don't even have a contact email to write to them. Guess they really aren't interested in what the customer has to say.

On Nov 23rd i placed an order for a laptop which is shipped on Nov 25 but never received it even after 2 weeks. Even on UPS site their is no updates(scans) after Nov 30th. I called the best buy customer care 4 times and UPS customer care 3 times. UPS customer care said the item is lost so I need to call best buy and best buy should initiate the investigation. Every time i called the best buy customer care person said they will get back to me immediately but even after waiting for 1 week i didn't hear anything from best buy. I send 3 emails to bestbuy customer care their is no reply. This is the worst customer care experience I ever had.

Deivery man broke my new washer and lied about it! | Best Buy review from Tewksbury Township, New Jersey

Bought a new washer. Delivery man broke it, flooded the floor and then lied and said he just dropped it off he did not try to install! My contractor witnessed the whole thing. Delivery man said he would come the next day and replace part he broke! No! Bought a new washer- want a new washer. Can't believe he lied to BestBuy. Now I have to fight with them for replacement. I have pictures and a witness! Terrible experience.

It's 2015 and I bought a $2000 BRAND NEW 4K TV from Best Buy yesterday. I get home and some other guy's Netflix account was logged into the smart TV Netflix app. I emailed him and he confirmed he returned the TV two weeks ago due to a defect with the screen. Best Buy went to his house and delivered him a new TV, taking this defective TV back. Best Buy repackaged the all the components in shrink wrap, that plastic lining on the bottom of the TV, and air tight wrap for the remotes and manuals. Also, the speaker crackles every time the volume gets loud, so I cannot even listen to the TV without wincing. Looks like Best Buy is up to their old tricks; if they were smart enough to factory reset the device, I would never have known it was used.

Bought Dr. Dre headphones online at Bestbuy.com on Black Friday. Really wanted a red set but after placing it in my cart the website would not allow me to go back to my cart to finish the purchase. Attempted this for over 3 hours! I finally was able to order a green set and the order went through. The cart kept showing my red set but would not complete the transaction. The next day and for 3 more days I received emails from Bestbuy stating "Did you forget something?" showing my red set in the cart but not available online. Repeated emails to bestbuy support brought only form/canned replies. I went to the store the following week to exchange the green for red as they had the headsets on their shelf. I was told I could not exchange MY purchase (still in the box and unopened) because it was an "older model" no longer available. I could return it and pay $90 more for this model. BAIT and SWITCH!! Black Friday deals are a scam!!

You cannot purchase certain black Friday deals online they are in store only like your headphones were. Cyber Monday is when you should have placed your online order or gone into the store like millions of other people did that weekend if you wanted that deal.
