I call and call the store and it takes several attempts and then when I do get them on the line they are extremely rude and geek squad is the same. I have had to take back a pc several times and I have only had for 3 mos. Its frustrating to keep packing it up and lugging in store. I have never had such rude people on the phone.

I bought a 3k dollar fridge at best buy in Las Vegas at Pavillion street. First the delivery was desaster. The installer was disrespectful amd left without completing the job. The fridge stopped working after 90 days. I have geek squad warranty. They acheduled me after a week. The day of the repair was 7/26/2017. The geek squad texh called me from different state saying am here amd no one is opening the door!!!!!! I called geek squad poor customer service and they refused to schedule another repair before few more days. It is a shame on big company like best buy treating customers in this disrespectful way. Amposting my experience on all social media for awareness of poor and unprofessional customer service.

The most difficult thing to do in bestbuy? is to first, find a sales associate and second, find a sales associate that has been trained and cares. It always appears to me that you must have lawyer skills when questioning a bestbuy? associate about a product and bestbuy? policies. 2 years & 1 month ago I purchased my second "over the range" this microwave. The first one lasted 1 1/2 years. So, this time I purchased a 2 year extended warranty with the intension of purchasing another extension when the first one expired if the microwave hadn't been repaired during the first 2 years. When purchasing the warranty, I asked the sales associate if I would be notified when the warranty was approaching expiration. The answer was that I would receive an email a month prior to expiration. My mistake was believing that the associate was providing me with an accurate account of the bestbuy? policy and cared. I have just looked at my warranty and the expiration was a month ago. The microwave is still operating but bestbuy? will NOT provide another extension because they did not do the job the associate sold me. CONGRATULATIONS bestbuy?, I will NEVER enter a bestbuy? store again, I will urge everyone I know to find a store with honest, accuracy, trained and caring associates. I can no longer trust this store with my time & money.

Best Buy - Credit Card Review from Las Vegas, Nevada

I paid my credit card as agreed to the last penny, last payment was August 23, which Best buy had a 30 day to record this to Equifax , i need one point in my credit to buy my home, on October 3 bank pull credit and i still showed open account with Best buy UNPAId account , i did not qualify for my loan, best buy customer service told me I'M sorry? Don't know why it was not done, they will do it in 7 days!!!!! Grrrrrr.... Bedt buy now is Citi Bank so who do go after Best Buy or citi bank card ?

It was never best buy. They finance credit cards through third party finance companies like chase or city bank so you need to take your credit issues up with them

Pre-ordered a new cell phone and get $50 dollars gift card | Best Buy review from Las Vegas, Nevada

I did a one month pre-order the LG G2 phone with Best Buy because of the $50 dollars gift card which was the the selling point to go with Best Buy. 2 months after receiving the phone and no gift card. After numerous times being on the phone with their customer service with no resolution, I've given up and now wanting to give people a heads up with Best Buy. I've been on the phone with them 10 times and every time, I was put on hold for 20 mins with no exaggeration and promised that I would receive it soon. Two months and still rolling with no sign of it so this is like a bait and switch.

That's too bad. I used to purchase allot at BB, and enjoy going there just to browse around.

Like a jilted x, I no longer do I have any affection fro BB. Too bad for the employees who's livelihood will be effected due to miss management and the mis-direction of upper management.

I've gotten burned on this also. Not just BB, but other retailers.

I do not purchase anything, unless they give the gift card on the spot, or immediate discount.

There is no reason for any retailer not to give the gift card on the spot.

Target does this. I believe retailers delay this because they know some people wont get hem, And others will forget about them.

If you purchase Warranty on my new Lap Top in Best Buy and whe you do purchase they tell you: "if anything goes wrong we get you New One NO QUESTION ASKED!!! WEll that's not true it's BS!!!!Do NOT believe it!!!! Sales people have no clue what they saying/selling or they just MISS LEAD YOU in order for you to purchase Warranty!!! It's pure profit for them and it's pretty expensive. What they do,send Lap top for Repair for 2 weeks.If this happen 3 times same problem then they give you store Credit!!! It has to break 3x before replacement,but of course they do not tell you that!!!! BEAWEAR,Warranty it's NOT what they tell you!!! It's almost as a SCAM!!!

I only made out some of you said.... Plus your title says "Restaurant" when this is related to a technology item.

Plus don't even get a warranty at Best Buy or use so called "GeekSquad." What they call a warranty is nothing, they take your computer, pretend to do something in the back and come back and say you need a new one, even if it's a simple fix. All they'll do is refurbish the computer and resale it.

I'M SO UPSET AS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE IN HQ FOR WEEKS NOW I BOUGHT MY CPU ON JULY 9TH AND WHEN I GOT HOME NOTICED THAT THERE WERE HUGE DENTS IN IT. I CALLED THE STORE AND WENT INTO ANOTHER AFTER GETTING THE RUNAROUND I TOOK MANY BUSES TO THE ORIGINAL STORE MISSING WORK SO MESSED UP A MAIN SUPERVISOR WASN'T AROUND. I CALLED CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DAMAGES WERE TO BE COVERED BY THE STORE I BOUGHT IT EVEN GOT NAMES. HERES THE MESSED UP PART. SO I WENT TO DROP IT OFF TO GET FIXED AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME. I HAVE INSURANCE AND SPOKE TO MANY DEPARTMENTS WHICH CONFIRMED MY MESSAGES AND THAT THE STORE SAID THEY WOULD HELP.

Your not alone. Best Buy is known for selling faulty electronic devices and Geek Squad is a bunch of men who look like they know what their doing, but really don't and in the back do nothing but play music.

How do I know? Every time I have brought in a device for repair, its always came back unrepaired, there would always be laughing and loud music in the back of employees both, yelling and talking. They could never give me a complete answer without looking me in the eyes with a smirk on their face while I stood with a 19" heavy laptop in my hands frustrated because it was over heating and not working properly after a week of purchasing it. They are sly, rude, inconsiderate, unreasonable people who wear badges that say, Best Buy.

Their geek squad wheres white business tops with black ties and a few small buttons to make it seem like they know what they are doing.

I really hope you get problem resolved as well as the other thousands of customers who have purchased from Best Buy who have been ripped off and given no help. This goes to show, Best Buy *** SUCKS!

Bestbuy does NOT honor warranties!!! | Best Buy review from Las Vegas, Nevada

I bought a computer, monitor and printer as a package deal from pest buy just over 2 years ago; like a fool I purchased their "extended" warranty. Within two years (the warranty was for 3) the monitor stopped working. I took it in to their geek squad for assistance. They told me that they were easily replicating the problem and that the monitor would have to be sent out for service and that it would be covered under the warranty. The geek that took care of me sent my monitor to the wrong repair center (never mind the fact that it took 3 weeks to figure that out and get my monitor back) and then called to tell me that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my monitor, they informed me that it had gone to the wrong center and that it would need to be re-sent, although, this time the warranty would not cover it. After arguing with the geeks, I got the assistant store manager who informed me that I only bought the warranty for the computer, not the monitor or printer, even though they came as a package and I paid the warranty fee for the price of my package not just the computer. After arguing for 15 minutes I left. I have called their corporate offices seeking to speak with theilr legal department and somehow get cut off every time they "transfer" my call. The manager at my local store wouldn't give me a number other than the 1-800 number they list on everything, and telling me that even her store personnel have to call that number to talk to corporate. Pest buy seems to think we are all idiots and will follow them blindly into whatever direction they deem best. If you do choose to buy from these incompetent simps, beware!!! If you have had trouble with them honoring a warranty, contact your state Attorney General's Office AND the Federal Trade Commission. Given enough complaints, they WILL take legal action!
