We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and over -the- range Whirlpool Microwave from our Bel Air, MD., Best Buy, on 10-11-21. The refrigerator Delivery /Installation was successfully done last Friday (10-15-21) - however, the microwave was damaged in the box therefore we refused it.

WE had to actively pursue a new replacement microwave with Best Buy and set up the new delivery and install. In the meantime, we also purchased a 3rd Whirlpool product - a gas stove -delivery/install for that is this coming Wed., October 27, 2021.

The microwave delivery/install was set for this morning ( Sat.) but they only delivered the microwave

( 7:45 AM) and did NOT install it!!! Now, we are unable to get in touch with a person to find out what -where-when -how this will be rectified!

It is a misrepresentation to say you have 24/7 support when the online information is not even updated for our account plus you have delivery people out there at 7:30 AM with no phone number for inquiries and problems .

Please tell us who to contact for installation that was supposed to be done.
