Best Buy in Branson, Missouri - I am sure we aren't the only ones

They dropped me. Out of no where. Yes, I was late...hit the questionnaire. Still paid, went to make the payment the next month. Hit the same questions. Called...not answering the same questions every month. Roadblocks to payment are not reimburseable in my mind...want a judge and class action attorney to see. I refuse to pay after telling you/answering questions the first time, then to answer the second and subsequent time..computers are made to remember...THEY CHOSE TO NOT WORK IT THAT WAY...not going to kiss you *** to tell me I am cancelled/then make me jump through hoops or the roadblocks that you put up to pay you!

Best Buy in Saint Peters, Missouri - Black Friday Nightmare

I tried to buy an iPad Air 2 on Black Friday. After trying for over 2 hours to get my order to go through I gave it one more try. I found that not only did I not have an order listed, but conveniently, even though the order never got through, they took all my gift card money....strange. I got concerned so I checked my bank card statement to find that they had charged my credit card not once but twice for over a thousand dollars for an order that didn't exist in their records. After hours and hours and HOURS of phone conversation with my bank, Best Buy and being disconnected (after waiting for over 20 minutes..no less than 5 times) I was told that I'd just have to trust them, they'd make sure it didn't go through on my card. I've never dealt with such an inept group of customer service representatives and you guessed it, they never ordered the iPad for me.

Best Buy in Saint Louis, Missouri - Did not deliver what I paid for

Ordered 3 phones online. When delivered, only 2 phones were in the box. Best Buy opened a "case" to investigate. Two weeks later, UPS calls me to invetigate what Best Buy is talking about. I told UPS what I told Best Buy, only 2 phones in the box, invoice says 3. Now BB won't send 3rd. It has been 2 weeks since UPS called, approaching 6 weeks since I bought the phones. I e-mail Best Buy Customer Service, no reply (I referenced the Case #). Today I called Best Buy Customer service twice and received the "...due to high call volume, we are experiencing delays..." and then was hung up on. I already paid my credit card or I would have suspended payment. Very ticked off. I have bought $10,000 worth of electronics over the eyars from Best Buy. Now I will never set foot in their store on pull up their website again. So pissed, I am telling anybody at work who will listen my story and not to buy stuff from Best Buy or get ripped off.

The bank decides what card to give you not bestbuy. There are two applications one with both and one just for the master card.

It's harder to get just a master card so most of the time they use the one with both. Because most people apply so they can buy something lik a mac or new tv.
