Bad Customer Service- Samsung & Best Buy

Absolutely horrible, they did nothing to resolve my issue with my samsung galaxy s6. Samsung had to argue back and forth with Best Buy who sold me the phone as to who was lying and who was not. I left in tears with no answer and no solution. No one could make up their minds and it was very unprofessional. I was given a damaged phone from the store and was told Samsung would cover the damages and they never replied to me and when the phone proceeded to break even more they told me it was not their problem and I should not have purchased a damaged phone. How am I supposed to know? I don't work there and didn't really get to see the phone and look at it until I was leaving the store. I will never ever go to Best Buy again. My family will be pulling their cards from them and we will no longer shop there. They treated me poorly and gave me no respect and accused me of lying.

Bestbuy is irresponsible ! There was a labor day sale 20percent off open box appliances, I looked for several days,nine stores looking for open- box refrigerators I found one it had unnoticeable dent on left side door you can't even notice them at all I found the perfect one LG a 1399.00 fridge for 858.00 with tax I was so happy in 5 days it would be in my home., that deliver day I left someone home for the delivery after work I was so excited to see the fridge after 5 days of waiting I walked in the kitchen and almost cryed it had a 6inch deep scratch in the middle of the right side door tire tracks on the bottom of the right door and the water dispenser tray had several scratchs on it, I was and horrified I thought maybe there gave me the wrong refrigerator but I looked for the dents on the left side and said this is it this is my beautiful fridge, I did all that looking for, I called consumer service I was told someone will call me back no call that day, I called the next day got the run around on the phone told this story to about 5 different people until someone finally told me that someone tried to call me to give me a 100dollar gift card? I replied I want the refrigerator door fixed they said call the store after a hour of being on the phone tell this story being transferred from person to person now I have to call the store to tell this story again. a lady answered she looked the order number up and said she would call me back she had to do some research on the fridge, she called back and offended to that same 100dollar gift card ,told me the manager will change the fridge for a new one but I have to pay the differences in cost the fridge is 1399.00 dollars I paid 858.00 I can't afford to pay another Penney! or I could get another open box for the same price HOW is that going to happen at the time every it was labor day sale and every open box appliance was an additional 20 percent off I will never find another refrigerator at 800 dollars at regular open box prices what should I do.

Horrible customer service. Delivery scheduled for between 4pm and ipm. Arrived at 1130am and left as no one home. When called promised they wiuld be rhere between 4pm and 8pm. No show. Called and said cancelled delivery and would need to re achedule. Called stire. Appology and told they would call back to assist in resolving issue. No return call. Avoid BEST BUY if need to use their "free delivery" offer.

I purchased a HP Split x2 13-r010dx - 13.3 from Best Buy in December 2014. Within 3 days of use it died the power system would not function and it would not charge. They replaced it. 3 months later it died with the same charging issues. Geek squad repaired it the whole process took about a month and a half. Then it died in November of 2015 the track pad and the power system was not functioning. The geek squad sold me a warranty for $210 for 1 year and told me it would cover everything for 1 year. The laptop died again in April 2016 the power system is completely died. When I took it to Best Buy they told me I would have to pay for the repairs. Not only did they not honor there own warranty or the fact that there own repairs did not repair the computer.

You have a "lemon" and it's best to throw it out and buy a new one, tho definitely NOT from Best Buy. I bought my first 4 computers from them starting in the early 1990s but they are no longer to be trusted.

I have found my best bet is to just order online from HP. And, forget about those extended warranties.

They are rarely worth it, given the lower cost of computers nowadays. They only make money for places like Best Buy.

I am having a huge issue with Penn Ridge and Best Buy right now. My neighbor had stuff delivered and purchased from Best Buy, the delivery people got stuck and took out my mail box. It has been four weeks and they are fighting the estimate I gave to them and this distance is 60 miles away. However they are 52.5 miles away from where we live. The issue was never reported. I will be filing a lawsuit against Best Buy and Penn Ridge Delivery. This ought to be fun, Best Buy should never make a consumer deal with their 3rd party trucking and then to get the run around is nonsense. Good news is not reporting the mail box is a Federal Offense..

Refund / Price Match period is only 15 days! I wish that was explained before the purchase I made. I will never shop at Best Buy again! It took me a couple of weeks before I could ever have the surround sound system installed! The system is *** but I don't want to pay again to have it taken down and a new one installed. Its on sale now and I bought it less than 30 days ago and they won't adjust the price. Very Poor Service! Plus I hate the product I bought.

The return/price match policy is posted on the back of your receipt (just like with most major stores) and there are huge signs posted all over the store including at the front of the store. The return/price match policy has been 15 days for a couple of years now.

Also, if you are a loyalty member that is of the middle or higher tier you get an extended return/price adjustment period. If the system is *** then maybe you should've listened to it in store first.

SOunds like you are just unhappy with your purchase and want best buy to pay for it. Don't blame them, and don't buy stuff you can't afford!

I BOUGHT IT SO IT WAS CLEARLY AFFORDED! The system sounds like *** I will be replacing it with a better system later.

I am okay with doing just that. However if a store lower the price in less than 30 days and you catch it they should adjust the price.

Remember I was in the store to spend more money when I saw the lower price! I don't know you but don't pretend to know my pocket book!

I had purchased a washing machine from Best Buy Allen Park, I had it delivered and installed in October 2009, it was messing up in 2012 and it recently started messing up again 2016. I purchased a new one from Best Buy online and had it delivered when the delivery man looked at my old washer he noticed there were plastic pieces that should have been removed when installed originally and that is what broke my washer. I called Best Buy to see if they would fix my washer because the original delivery man installed it incorrectly. Best Buy said it would cost me $100 for them to look at it plus whatever it would cost to fix it. So because they installed it incorrectly it broke and now I have to either pay to have it fixed or buy a new one thank you best buy I will never shop there again But I do want to thank k who came over to deliver the new washer which is going back to Best Buy, he was very honest and telling me about the plastic pieces in the back and I do appreciate that, if only Best Buy was that helpful with the customers.

The shipping bolts that were "still installed" hold the drum against the frame of the washer... There is no way it can work for years. From the first time it started up it would have been grinding and banging so much you would have known that something is wrong.

uh yeah sure it "acted up" 3 years later then it took another 4 years for it to break that you bought another one only to have that install guy say the original install was wrong and that's what broke the machine?

i'd like to know just what kind of "wrong" installation causes a machine to last 7 years then finally fail to the point of needing to be replaced with a new machine.

yeah ok sure if it was installed correctly I doubt it would have taken the original 3 years for it to break and lasted almost 7 years in total?

I received a Blue tooth headset for Christmas however it is supposed to be the upgrade of the Plantronic Voyager Pro HD which Best Buy is no longer selling and considers it a market place item. After talking to customer service I was given the SKU number and told to take back my gift and put the money on a gift card, however I found that you CANNOT use a Best Buy gift card for a Market place item as the customer service rep. told me, yet it is okay for Best Buy to feature it on their web site for sale so they can get a kick back, something is wrong with this picture. If it is on Best Buys site you should be able to use a Best Buy gift card with no excuses. Poor customer service, poor policy's and the last time I will do business with an over priced company with poor policy's as Best Buy.. I can understand why stores have closed!

The WORST customer service!!! I purchased TV & wall mount for add $200. I then purchased TV setup for $150 more. When I called, they said that TV mounting is additional $100, but they couldn't add it to the purchase; I need to go on-line to add it. While on-line I see the same wall mount, setup & tv mounting for $350. For the same product & installing I had to cancel the initial setup and return the wall mount, then reorder the $350 package. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes to get the refund on the installation!!! Finally a manager got on the line and offered to call me back when the refund was completed. Not including my time to return the SAME wall mount to the local store! Best Buy needs to change its name to Worst Service!!!
