I purchased an Arlo Pro security camera from Best Buy in July. The Geek Squad was to install on Wed aug 1st. That’s right, they did not show.
Evan showed up on Sat aug 4th. I had a pen and paper in hand ready to take notes. He looked at me and told me in a stern voice to just pay attention and NOT take notes.
Evan never returned my calls. I am kept on hold from 10-35 min each time I call Best Buy.
The manager told me she could get someone out to fix my camera on the 18th ......today is the 7th.
My apt has been broken into several times here at Lakes Edge Apts in Gso N. C.
I have had nothing but terrible service from Best Buy. Well, all I have had are problems since I bought the Camera

Once they make that sell you are on your own.
Go somewhere else where the customer is valued, where they stand behind their product, where they don’t promise one thing and then forget about you.
Oh yeah, my phone has funny stuff on it now. It was not this way before the install guy had my phone in hand for over 10-15 min.
Don’t get scammed like I did !!!!!!
