Not resolved

Ordered a stove on 12/24, and the next available delivery was not until 1/14. We arranged our schedules to ensure our availability.

Received confirmation emails of the delivery time and day via email, with the last one on 1/11. On 1/12, I received a message saying that the delivery had been rescheduled for 1/17 because the warehouse was closed.

No explanation why the delivery was scheduled on 1/14 or way to remedy other than, “we apologize for the inconvenience”. I will do my best to avoid future business with this company.
