I purchased a laptop less than one year ago. The purpose of my purchase was I work full time and planned to start taking classes on-line so that I might get my degree.

Today marks the second time I have had to take the computer to the Geek Squad (50 miles one way). Last time, it took them over a week to tell me "don't know what happened, but it appears to be working now, we ran a full diagnostic". The problem is the computer lets me log on and then nothing. Shouldn't a NEW computer work?

Finals are coming and this will seriously screw me up as far as my classes go. Now I will have to go to my office @ 5:00 in the morning and stay till however late in order to get this done.

I contacted online Geek Squad and they were useless. Crazy
