I have tried for 2 days to contact the Geek Squad at Kennesaw, GA to no avail.

I need a battery for my iphone replaces.They called to say it is in and to schedule an appointment.

So, I go on line to schedule - never received an email confirmation which I needed for the confirmation number. So, I try again and write the number down.

When doing it for the second time it stated "drop-off" phone. I was calling the Geek Squad to see how long they were going to keep my phone or install the battery while I wait, which I thought would be the reason for the appointment. And, I wanted to know if there was a cost.

I finally called the 800 number to the Geek Squad. She told me to call the store. OMG. Even asked if I had the number!

Another OMG.I'm done, I'm going to Batteries Plus and get it taken care of while I wait.
