We bought a gas stove from Best Buy. They had to come out 3 times before they were able to unhook the old stove and install the new one.
Incompetent third party delivery and install people. I had to make dozens of phone calls to get this straightened out. It takes up to an hour to get anyone on the phone in the store where I bought it. I was assigned a "case manager" who was very pleasant but did not return my calls.
I have left countless messages for their "Geek Squad" with no response. They offered me a Gift Card for the trouble they put me through and promised to call me back to confirm when and how I could expect to receive it.
Never got that call and I have called twice to ask about it. This will be my last purchase from this clown factory.
