Ordered online a high end computer for in store pickup. On day that it was promised to be available, there was nothing ready.

Store was no help so had to call customer support, who said the computer had been delivered to the store a day earlier. Went back to store and they said it never arrived. And said I couldn’t just pick out a computer off the shelf and apply it to my order. This was all on Dec.

22 and 23. The computer was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I had to resolve this. So I had to call customer support and get them to cancel the order (the *** online system would not allow me to do it myself).

Then had to go the store and buy the one they had on the shelf. And paid $200 more than the online price!

Avoid the hassle. Use Amazon.

Best Buy messed up the order and yet you went back to them and purchased it anyway from them? This is really odd behavior.
