I purchased 2 nest thermostats from Best Buy and had geek squad install them. About 1/2 hr after installation and after geek squad had left , my ac which was turned on by Geek squad started making a loud noise and the unit froze up.
I called a licensed airconditioner specialist who charged me just under 500 to repair it. He stated in writing that the thermostat was improperly installed. I made a claim through geek squads insurance Sedgwick who contacted me once.
It is now over a month and there has been nothing further from Sedgwick. What is going on?
