There is a fifteen day return policy for a $ two hundred dollar Ring security camera that did not work so go back five days later bought the adapter it works spotty for a little more then a week then breaks under twenty days. I call the manufacturer and tell them my dilemma they say the store should still give money back even though past 15 days, even the manufacturer says give the customer there money back and your store still refuses.

Don't worry Best Buy with customer service like that your stores will be closed soon.

That is why everything is amazon and the like. I am truly disappointed that when a manufacturer says return the money to the customer and you do not what does that say about your relationship with your clients never mind customers.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ring Security Security System.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $215.

Preferred solution: I dont want a gift card for a store I dont shop at take the gift card back give me my cash back like Ring said to do..
