Went to upgrade and get a new iPad Pro. Picked it out drove 20 min hm.
They gave me wrong one. Go back get the one I picked. Got hm. No internet.
Go back again cause I think something is wrong with my iPad. 2 Geek squad people couldn’t figure it out...experts.. don’t think so. Finally one said oh u bought the one without cellular.
Just had Wi-Fi. I said I was not Told which one and I didn’t know. I said I want full refund. They said do u have cord etc.
I said no because I was planning on u fixing it. Didn’t know u sold me again the wrong one. He says I will have to charge you for cord etc to get your refund or u can go back hm and come back again. Another 40 min.
I said no I am not coming back. None of this is my fault. This is your people here who r not trained.
They wouldn’t give me credit without the cord. Will never shop again at Best Buy
