I shopped at bestbuy store #2516. I paid for my item and was walking towards to exit door with my receipt.

the employee there, mr. marshall stuck his hand out to stop me and asked for my receipt. I was upset because to me its a form a harassment. Marshall stopped everyone and asked for a receipt.

He was standing there looking at people paying for their it items and would still stop them ask for a receipt. if anyone experience this incident also, lets get together to file harrasement on bestbuy.

bestbuy treats us as if we are thieves. they don't trust us by asking for a receipt after leaving the store.

Reason of review: being stopped and ask for receipt right after a purchase. to me its haraasment.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I'm usually something of a troll around here, but in this case I agree 100% with you.

I can't think of anything more insulting than that practice of stopping everyone.

Absolutely do not return to that store.

You will always be annoyed and they will continue this unacceptable practice.
