Bought 46" T.V. on Black Friday NOVEMBER 23RD. ...... They shipped T.V. and left it at my FRONT DOOR WITHOUT A CALL BY UPS... at 8pm. I opened the Box which was in perfect condition. put the stand on T.V. and the T.V. which seemed in perfect condition..... THE ENTIRE LEFT CORNER OF THE SCREEN HAD A LARGE SPIDERWEB CRACK IN. it was returned and I WAS SENT ANOTHER T.V. A WEEK LATER. I was ok....UNTIL I OPENED the SECOND BOX . IT WAS CRACKED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT.....I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND...... AND WAS TOLD THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO SHIP ANOTHER ONE UNLESS I PAID FOR IT WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. ALL IS HAVE NOW IS ANOTHER CRACKED T.V. IN MY LIVING ROOM WAITING FOR A SHIPPING LABEL TO BE E-MAILED AND MY *** REFUND. ITS NOW DEC 21ST.

Best Buy - Worst ever, unprofessional delivery & customer service experience

Delivery window of 4-8 pm EST. No show, no communication from driver or anyone else at Best Buy. Dispatch closed no help available. 6 phone calls to customer service line. No resolution. WHY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER IF YOU CANT DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. It is 10:02pm EST. No idea if this Washer will arrive or when. Could not any help rescheduling either. Do not do business with Best Buy. Wretchedly poor communication. No accountability. Breaks all their service promises. Just shameful. Can't wait until Amazon gets in the business. This is very unfortunate as the buying process was very good and not consistent with the delivery experience.

Hot Springs Arkansas Best Buy sold me a Moto X phone. When I bought it i was told how long the warranty was and if I had any issues simply bring the phone back. In 4 months(under warranty) I brought the phone in with touchscreen issues. I was told to go deal with Motorola and that they dont do warranty issues for that phone. I would have not bought the phone had I known they would not support it. Deceptive and ileagal practice. But with no proof they get away with it. Nice job Bust Buy,,you just ripped off a Viet Nam veteran that hasnt been able to work due to cancer. Feel good about that money you made?

Best Buy review in Atlanta, Georgia: Customer support for wi-fi issue with HP Envy laptop

I was having Wi-Fi issues with my HP Envy 360 laptop at home. It was disconnecting intermittently and my husband's Dell laptop was not having the same issue. We had purchased the laptop at Best Buy and I had taken it in for them to evaluate but they were going to have to keep it for a few days. I called HP while at Best Buy and was told by the tech that they felt it could be resolved over the phone. I then sent 3 days with them on the phone and it was not resolved. Eventually I was assigned a case manager and she did a great job of communicating and was very professional. However, due to traveling issues I was unable to get the laptop to HP and decided to have Best Buy deal with looking at the laptop (since the 3 different help desk tech people could not resolve the problem) and they could send it to HP if needed. The HP case manager had reached out asking what the status was and I had told her that I would get back to her after finding out what Best Buy could do. Best Buy thought they had resolved it,however, it happened again (additionally the space bar was not working properly). I contacted our internet provider who sent a new modem. Set it up and still had the problem. I contacted the HP Case Manager by phone and email on at least 3 different occasions (total of 6 times I reached out) and never got a response at all which I was completely surprised at because she had been so wonderful before. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated that I spent $850 on a laptop that I have not been able to use and have spent at least 10 hours on phone calls and backing up data, setting things back up, etc. trying to get this resolved. I was told by the Geek Squad that I could not return the laptop and I was not getting a response from HP - I called the help desk and tried to get to a supervisor, but no luck. I just kept getting the number back to the case manager who was not responding. Eventually I took it back to Best Buy who kept it for a couple of weeks. I received back from Best Buy on 9/15 and they indicated that the Wi-Fi card was replaced and the space bar was replaced. However, when I set up the laptop and started typing the B was not working. Completely unacceptable - I could not believe it. All of this started in June of this year and it is now 9/15 and there are constant problems. I am told that Best Buy will not let me return it and I cannot get anyone at HP to do anything!!!!! Extremely frustrating. I then went back to Best Buy and spoke with the manager who did take the laptop back and gave me credit. I will never, ever buy an HP product again. And, am completely at a loss why it was so difficult to get support after the problem was initially handled by HP had been done at such a great level.

Best Buy review in Atlanta, Georgia: A nightmare with lies and delays

I'm over it with the incompetents at Best Buy. I ordered a Whirlpool washer/dryer and was told it would be 4 weeks, as it was backordered. I foolishly accepted that delay and I had a delivery date. I was told I would get an email before the delivery date confirming the delivery. I got no email. I called today (Saturday) re: the delivery on Monday. I was told so many different things by 7 different people over the course of 2 hours 34 minutes on the phone today, including one supervisor, that my head is still spinning. I am certain I was lied to by at least two of them, as 2 other gave completely opposite info. I don't believe anyone. My fourth call seemed promising, but the call was disconnected after 50 minutes on the phone and the next person tried to be a hero and failed. No one is able to help me or fix the delay. The problems are all internal, but I am the victim. My credit card has been charged, but I have no items. The supervisor confirmed the fourth person's offer to give me a 10% discount, but I will only believe that when I see it. The fifth call ended up with a delivery date with yet another 10 day delay. Earlier today it was only a one day delay. Waiting 43 days for a budget Whirlpool washer/dryer is just egregious. But it is the lies and the time suck that really have me livid. Never again will I do business with these inept, lying flakes.

I went to Best Buy in Fultondale, Al. No one would help me. I finally walked around the store loudly saying how much I hated Best Buy & how no one would assist me. I finally got help but the item I needed was not on the shelve. The young man helping me grudgingly went to look it up in the computer. He found the item but it had to be ordered in. He said I had to pay before he ordered it. I said fine I had cash. He said they didnt take cash only credit card (is that even legal?)! I told him I could have ordered it online & had it delivered to my house if I wanted to pay by credit card. No cash accepted he said. I left. I drove 45 minutes to get to the store then spent at least 30 minutes mostly tring to get a clerk to help me. Total waste of time. I hate Best Buy!!

Best Buy review in Atlanta, Georgia: Oven delivery

I bought a stove from Best Buy and they had Spirit Delivery deliver it. They broke granite counter top when installing. Did not mount to wall or level the stove. Put a pot of water on and it slid forward. They are now denying claim because of delivery ticket which was signed out in driveway because they said it had to be inspected before bringing in house. I bought stove from Best Buy and made agreement with THEM to have delivered and installed. The men took pictures and said they were sorry after they were confronted. Were not going to say a word.

Best Buy - Gift Card Review from Atlanta, Georgia

Both my husband and I where going to buy otter boxes for our brand new phones . First the sales rep sent us to the wrong location for the screen protectors , then they were out of the product to boot ! Finally we settled on one that would work . We get to the counter ( which has 3 lanes open and a line of people ). I also had a gift card , brand new never used which had 25$ on it . Which by the way I confirmed 2 months previously . I slide the card and it says I have only 8$ on it ! What?!?! I of course call and the woman from the gift card states that it was used but that she couldnt see when or where . And that I never called to confirm anything because " everything is logged and recorded". So I told her great then pull up when I last called . She said she couldn't . I asked her when did I spend the money and she said she couldn't see but that I had . What?!? That's *** ! Needless to say after arguing and getting no where we decided not to buy anything and leave . I am boycotting this store , the only reason I went was because of the gift card. I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy! EVER!!!!!!

I tried to use Bestbuy Gift Card on Bestbuy.com to purchase an IPAD. After entering the card ID and PIN I hit Submit. It never finished the process and threw an error "Oops something went wrong...." On second attempt, I realized my card balance was now zero. I was logged in with a Bestbuy member ID and I could not see order either. After contacting the toll free # on back of the Gift card, I was informed that when ever a client attempts to purchase an Apple product from BestBuy.com this is the end result, your card will be zeroed out and your order will never go thru. I was advised to wait for 24 hours and if the cards are not replenished call the toll free # and they will take care of it. When I called next day exactly after 24 hours, I was told they can re-issue me another giftcard and it will take 7-9 business days. Here I am trying to give them business and all they manage to do is dig a bigged hole every time I spoke to someone. Insult to the injury is that this is a "Known bug" yet they manage to give you an option to use Bestbuy Gift Card toward a purchase of an Apple product. If I Bestbuy, I would be courteous enough not to provide the client that option or at best give them a disclosure before they go thru that process. I have to wait 9 days before I could make the LAST purchase at Best Buy or I should say WORST BUY!!! Never ever giving my business to Best Buy again.
