On July 2,2021, took my iPad by Apple advice to fix the screen, I got there early as 10am, it was no other client than me the associate Bobby, was the one unfortunately provide me a very poor, unsatisfactory customer service, I'm explaining what Apple told me and her coworker from the day before, first her face is like she doesn't want to be there, 2 I wasn't greeted, 3 she cut me off when I was explaining her, and the 3 minutes she helped me her attitude was really negative. Unfortunately, I have to go back again, because it is the only Best Buy around the city I live. But if I have another choice I will definitely go somewhere else, people who are in customer service station I'll be working with a negative attitude in a face like they don't want to be there

I just hope that when I come back she's not the one who help me because that is going to be a nightmare I am not the one to treat poorly, because I know how things are supposed to be done

User's recommendation: Well customers we shouldn’t tell you how to do yours jobs but if the case! My first question will be Hey do you feel alright? If you help me are you going to do it like you are getting pay to do it?
