I signed up two years ago with the geek squad for a service contract and paid with my bank debit card. In the meantime I purchased llifelok plan from Norton which made my geek squad contract unnecessary.
I recently got notice that the the Geek Squad were billing me for renewal. I called to try to cancel it but they went ahead and used my bank debit card to renew the contract. I went in person to the Newington Circuit to cancel the renewal.
They billed me anyway 212 dollars,
There are two violations of law here. Merchants are not allowed to retain bank card information for two years without consent of the card holder and no one should withdraw money from your bank account without your consent.
If this matter is not resolved and the money put back into my bank account, I will make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and if the problem still exists, seek legal relief
