I bought television on Wednesday. Paid for everything.

The Geek Sqaud was scheduled between 12-4 the next day. I called and stay on the phone for 60 mins trying to get someone to talk to. I was cutoff 3 times. I was put on hold 5 times.

No one knew what they were doing. My IPad said the appointment had been scheduled. They couldn’t find it. I waited almost 6 Hours.

I changed all of my plans. I said I will take it back to the store and get ma money back. Your representative simply agreed. WOW WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Best Buy used to be wonderful. The Geek Sqaud knew their business. Not today!

What is happening in the world today. Things are going downhill.
