I signed up for Geek Squad services when I bought my laptop, maybe 3 years ago. Two years ago I had problems and tried to avail myself of Geek Squad services.

They were totally useless. So I told them to cancel my subscription. The arrogant young man with whom I spoke poked at his computer keyboard and told me it was done.

Now, for the past 2 years, Geek Squad has renewed my subscription against my wishes. Each time I have tried to find someone who will address this issue, but no online or in-store help has been found.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Stop charging me for Geek Squad services.

I didn't like: I keep getting charged for yearly renewal of geek squad services.
