This is information I sent to your local geek squad manager as he wanted more information

Talk to your staff at the counter that helped me. I would guess they have the info.

In short I brought it in to move files from c drive to d drive to free up room and remap so future saves will go to d drive

I made sure they knew I needed my drivers and programs intact as there was hours of work to get setting right

On first attempt everything was screwed up and even your other techs could not figure out what was going on

After the fourth visit I was done.

I cannot be without my main business computer that long

Brought it home to find out none of my programs or drivers worked.

Had to uninstall everything and reinstall. Along with new setups for all programs and drivers.

I am still finding missing files as I work today.

I could have just uninstalled and reinstalled to d drive myself.

Even after all this I still have a bunch of duplicates on my c drive and only 50 gigs of space

I was told on the phone when they couldnt fix it over the phone that the $40 would be deducted when I took it to you but I still ended up paying you $100.

User's recommendation: Stay away, They must hire untrained personel.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Best Buy Cons: Promise delivery but not deliver.
