When I enter a store and see several employees doing nothing, I EXPECT super fast service. Silly me - how dare I want someone to help me - they are busy - NOT working.
I had to TELL one of them I NEED HELP. I got one to shuffle over to me finally. I asked several questions, got vague answers, and finally got so irritated, I grabbed a TV, paid, and left.
Now, I'm very unhappy with my purchase, because it is extremely confusing, and does not do what it is supposed to do.
Had the sales guy talked to me more, he would of been more helpful in helping me pick the right TV. I won't try and take the TV back, because I don't need to get angry all over again.
I just will not set foot in this store ever again.
