I cancelled internet security software subscription purchased through Best Buy/GeekSquad long time ago. My card was charged for renewal anyway in 2013 and in 2014.
Disputed the charge easily in 2013 with Best Buy. In 2014 their representative refused to remove the charge "because we do not work with GeekSquad" anymore ??????? and offered me to buy new subscription through GeekSquad in the next sentence. And, yes, I did call GeekSquad first and was transferred to representative of BestBuy "who does not work with GeekSquad anymore" by GeekSquad technical representative.
Have my credit card investigating the dispute.
Fraudulent charges. Horrible customer service.
