You don't need a branded credit card like one from Best Buy, etc. Just get a card thru your bank or credit union.

I call Best Buy credit card to pay off before the date in full. But i was told that i cannot pay with Best Buy credit card i have used different so i can get 10% credit card. I then tryed to used different credit card then i told no have to be debit card so Best Buy kept on make me run around. So then i paid full with my debit card $1544.49. And i told i will get email that i paid in full and on my credit card balance will be zero. I have waited almost two week still have not got email from them. And i have made 4 phone call and explaining to them still getting run around. NEVER TRUST THEM AT ALL IF DO YOU MUST BE CREZY.

I can honestly state that the majority of complaints on this site are from ignorant people who just choose not to read policy or receipt information. However, this is the some of the most unacceptable behavior I have ever heard a retail store commit.

As a former BBY employee, I have seen every and any possible scenario you can imagine. If I was you, I would speak to an attorney regarding this matter, and also notify all of your local news affiliates.

Best Buy in Ocoee, Florida - Stealing or a Phenomenon?

I took a 19" TV to the Geek Squad team at Best Buy (Ocoee, FL location). Long story short, they've called me in to get a new item and when I went to pick up a new TV they simply stated that it was already picked up. No receipt with signature to prove anything and I was the only person that new that the TV was there. So who do you think has gotten my TV? They copy the credit card info in a new receipt claiming that someone already took the replaced item. What a "joke" uh? nice try Best Buy staff, I hope you have a successful story next time, because you haven't got any trying to fool me. Thumb up for the lack of integrity on Best Buy' staff...

I hate going to the Ocoee Best Buy. I always try to avoid that place and the Manager Ciara or however you spell is real rude.

I paid cash for 4 feet charger&sink set.$14.-.When i try to return it they would not give me back my money even the package was steel not open, unless I give them my driver licence. After I'did they scan it with out asking.

I don't know where did my driver licence info went or if is in safe place .That should be illegal. I'm sure if I was illegal emigrant with no ID they would thing twice about not returning my money for sake of discrimination.

They do not warn you before one pay for the buy.Make my story short after numerous big buys in previous years- laptops, desktops, camera, printers,ink and many more items for my wife business, I'm sure this was my lost buy in this place. Period!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Buy in Orlando, Florida - The worst cust. service and interests. BEWARE!

Best Buy does suck. HSBC is the bank they deal with to run their credit card. Not only are their interest super high, they have VERY FEW options for paying the bill. They NEVER work holidays , so even when I was trying to make and on time payment ONLINE it was late! As a result of that, the interest would skyrocket as well as LATE FEES which are ridiculously high as well. They also take way too long to take the payment out of your bank account, resulting in the person forgetting about that payment! Not to mention the annoying aspect of their non-english-speaking costumer service dept. SUCKS!

when i first opended an best buy account,i made it clear that my payments would be on the first or second of the month.

come to find out they have been charging me $35.00 a month on late fees.

my minimum payment is 40.00 a month.i pay 150.oo. a month,so i can pay of this account faster.yet i'am late on my payments.even though.i have not missed on payment.i am late.35.00 a momth.

in late charges. what a ripoff.
