Best Buy review in Tampa, Florida: No delivery. Confused wharehouse
Suppose to have a delivery Monday September 9 no show. Tuesday the 10 th no show. Thursday the 12 wrong delivery truck drivers not certified in gas installation Waited Friday the 13th for a call for a delivery date. No call. This for two washer and drivers pedestals.

That's because tvs don't crack on their own. Physical damage is not covered but thats still on best buy to cover you. Next time don't break the tv.

Its also simple to hold onto your receipts but that sounds like antiquated crazy talk. Im guessing it also had to do with being outside their return policy.
To hope a company goes out of business and putting people out of work is a very selfish comment. Im glad you got nothing.
