Pleeeeze, don't ever order anything from this company online. I was trying to get a gift delivered before Valentines Day.
It was suppose to be delivered within 3 days to my Sister-In-Laws office. Instead it was delivered the same day after closing hours. My order was returned to the store. I did not get an option to pick it up at the store, which was about a mile away.
They immediately sent an email saying the order was cancelled because they could not deliver it and a refund was on the way. That was 28 days ago. I have talked to 5 agents and still waiting for a refund.
It's over. I'm through with this company.
