Item #5041656 Igloo 10 cubic feet refridgerator advertised for $224.99. My husband went online to order.

The website said it could not be shipped to store or delivered to our home. So he called customer service, which first transferred him to a store that was closed. Then he called back and they said that this product was only available in the Midwest. If it is not available in all areas, then it should stated that on their website.

Instead they told him to pick another one.

We have purchased quite a few electronic products from Best Buy in the past, but after this experience, we will shop somewhere else. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Product or Service Mentioned: Best Buy Website.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $225.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: I did not like false advertisement.

You should really learn to read. The website clearly states it's on Clearance and furthermore says Delivery "Most Areas", not all. Learn to read and get on with your life

Most five year old's don't know how to read. Her husband needs to be arrested for marrying a five year old girl. Then again her husband could be five years old himself if he also believes this is false advertising and did not correct his five year old wife.
