Ordered a $700 computer to be delivered at a local store for pickup. The delivery date came and went with no email indicating it was ready for pickup.
The Best Buy website showed the order was still being processed, but no delivery date.
After a couple hours trying to explain the issue to the customer service person over the phone, who could not understand the simple question I was asking, I finally gave up. I still do not know when or if this $700 laptop (which has already been paid for) *** will show up at all.
