Bought an Acer computer monitor. 35 days later the LCD panel went on the blink.

Tried to return it. Best Buy said it only takes returns for 30 days after purchase. Costco has a 90 day return policy and if it breaks during warranty period they will always take it back. Many other sellers have a more liberal return policy.

Won't buy from them again. To make matters worse, I send the monitor to Acer and they said that they need a part which is unavailable.

Waiting 3 weeks now for Acer to do the right thing, but, they too suck. Really should just stick to Costco.
