Bought the most expensive Dell laptop for my kid. Took it in for warranty service 3 times.
It never ran right. The screen kept jumping around and there were lines all over it. The tech even watched it happen. I picked up the 3rd time and was told a third time there was nothing wrong with it.
I said that they even watched it happen when I dropped it off. I called the manager he inferred that I just wanted a new one because my warranty was about to expire. Yes, I did want a new one. Because when you pay that much for something it should work.
They sell you the warranty and tell you if you bring it back 3 times for the same issue that they replace it.
But 3 times they told me there was nothing wrong with it so there was no way the replacement plan applied to mine. Called orher repair places and was told this is a known issue with those Dells.
