I bought a washer and dryer in my springfield, mo store to be delivered.Two days later I received an email saying that my order had been changed to store pickup.

The next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I called the number on the email and after waiting 25 minutes I was told that this was an in-store purchase and that their customer service call in number couldn't help me. Can't imagine what the customer service would be like once the appliances were actually delivered.

Be warned!!I will tell everyone I know to avoid Best Buy
