I bought a washer and dryer in my springfield, mo store to be delivered. Two days later I received an email saying that my order had been changed to store pickup.
The next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I called the number on the email and after waiting 25 minutes I was told that this was an in-store purchase and that their customer service call in number couldn't help me. Can't imagine what the customer service would be like once the appliances were actually delivered.
Be warned!! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Best Buy
